Application Control Framework – Sunera consultants can analyze the design and implementation of operational and financial controls within the business processes being implemented. We focus on controls where critical configuration and business-change decisions are made.

Data Conversion – Ensuring that data is converted accurately and completely from legacy environments to newly implemented application, such as SAP, is critical.
